Courtesy of GM. It is shown as Skate City but this was where U.S. On Wheels rink used to be. Unfortunately, I could not find any older photos. Anyone? The neighborhood looks nice there.

U. S. On Wheels was on 200 West 121st Ave. Westminster, Colorado, a sister rink to the Arvada location. Perhaps by the same owner. See U.S. On Wheels page.
This rink was built 1982 and opened either that year or the following year. It was built on a 2.25 Acres lot and the frontage was different than the other location which was at one side. The Westminster location had more decorative front on the side with very decorative design.
It was later sold to Skate City as part of that company's expansion and make it a franchise. Likely sold to Skate City on November 17, 2009 for 1,200,000 USD. I would say that is average price at the time as it is now.
Since we understand how the Arvada location of U.S. On Wheels was like, this location had Circus Red and White vertical stripes to make it looks more fun-like facility.
The Interior.
I do not know what it was like before Skate City took over and redo to make it very standard White walls and half-walls. Also American Blue trim on base around the rink. It does look like a hockey rink now.
The Exterior.
Flat roof Free-Span Steel semi-Warehouse/store front like Building with Circus Red and White vertical stripes to make it looks more fun-like facility.
