Both courtesy of Google Map. Noticed the big differences? Yes, you are seeing differences. The Astro Skate Pink is absent in newer one around 2015 and on were painted to Grey tones. Looks like they were trying to sell that building as they are losing business? The buses shown proof. In the 2011 photo, there were two pink buses but now, only one with more fancy graphics on it.
Southland Roller Palace, 10001 66th Street, Pinellas Park, FL
Astro Skate, 10001 66th Street, Pinllas Park, FL (Current)
This was a sister rink to the other Southland Roller Palace. This rink is also now Astro Skate.
Originally Southland Roller Palace had two buildings. I do not know what it was in the other building on the left side while the right was where the rink was and still is. But Astro Skate may have sold off or leasing to others (but no new tenants or businesses filled in). Was this facility larger at the time?
See the Pinellas Park, FL Southland Roller Palace for related information.
