Skate Haven and Magic River Skateland were on 501 East Walnut Street in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Not much information to tell however, it was a 12,800 Square Feet building which was on the smaller side of the rink upon this hill. Very similar and reminded me of another fellow Pennsylvania roller rink on a hill like that is the former Double R Ranch/The Skatery. But the entrance was different though. Both were equally nice and attractive but I like this Skate Haven for its more professional appearance and modern.
Ironically, not much about Magic River Skateland on the net. More so on Skate Haven because Skate Haven was around AFTER Magic River Skateland was sold.
The Interior.
Magic River Skateland: N/A.
Skate Haven: N/A.
The Exterior.
Free-Span Steel Trusses Tan colored Steel - Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gabled Roof. It does look more toward an arena than a warehouse though. I love the color, the look where the entrance was. And sitting upon a hill like that similar to the Double R Ranch/The Skatery.
It sits facing the turning of the rail tracks there. The parking lot looked very acute triangle with curved end like a quarter piece of a pie or cake. Sorry if I got you to click in your head to get a piece of cake. Well, go ahead and get back here.. Much more to say about this profile and every other profies! Haha.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
