Skate Factory 333 14th St. W., Panama City, FL . Interesting pinstripes. Kind of reminding you of a certain circus tent with this pattern or even a beach changing tent. Source: Google.

Skate Factory 333 14th St. W., Panama City, FL
Please do not get confused with the other Silver Circle Skate Center which was on Hickory Street. This rink eventually became Skate Factory, not Skaters Choice as it was shown in other site.
Originally Silver Circle Skate Center West was in operations since around 1984. There is not much information I can say when it was first opened. And when it closed. I have no idea when they changed the name to Skate Factory. Must be sold just like the other Silver Circle was sold to become Skaters Choice. Both names are quite misunderstanding because people will think it is a factory making skates! And the Skaters Choice,...sounded as if it is a choice for what? No offense.
According to Bizapedia, Skate Factory, Inc. was incorporated in 1998. Apparently with new owners at the time and closed for good. It was incorporated on Christmas Eve 1998.
I do not have photos of the Silver Circle Skate Center (West) however, I have photos of the Skate Factory that was in more recent times till its demise around 12 July 2016, I believe.
As for The Skate Factory, it was owned by Bob Sterrett. He was 77 years old at the time of the sale of the building to the owner of the other buildings next door that owner's tenant wanted to expand and use the rink as expansion. Also skaters were not coming to skate due to the downturn since the Great Recession of 2006. This was prior to President Trump's excellent economy.
The building was last sold on 06 April 2017, after the rink was sold to the owner of the property in 2016.
Interior:
The interior looked more aged because of the floor's stain has faded greatly. It was dark stain on the wooden floor, a necessity in termite infected state. (this is why Florida has a lot of debugged covered houses and buildings). It is a common situation in State of Florida that they needed to do this once a year for a week.
Anyway, they had colorful rail with stripes and loops. They reminded me of a motorhome Class A I saw on a Saturday Morning live action children program back in mid-1970s for about three years about a Fire Red shirt with Bold Yellow trims and blue jeans boy who shouted to become an adult superhero and was riding with his mentor. that motorhome had that kind of graphics. It was very common in style back in the 70s before thinning straight lines of the 1980s and lighting in the 90s. It was a Midas Motor-home (Defunct) brand. Funny, that was my favorite live-action at the time and perhaps only one. And favorite superhero as a kid. Can you say the old wizard name?
OK it was very colorful with Arctic Cat Green, among with Yellow, Orange.. Kind of like that brand of snowmobile colors. It had high ceiling and pretty colorful look. Exposed high beam roof supports but also it act as to hang up cartoon characters decorations up. It has that tiring dark wood I mentioned before.
Exterior:
The building on the exterior was quite interesting because it appeared to be like.. a circus big tent with Circus Red and White stripes. It was a gabled roof aluminum warehouse-like building in industrial area where there are warehouses and mini factories were or still there.
