Roller King Skating Center 500 3rd Avenue, Kingston, Pennsylvania was truly a king of roller skating at that location. Roller King Skating Center was around since 1978 according to MANTA. But Rink-Time says 1972 when they first opened. Which one?
They closed in or around 2008. They renovated in 2009-ish to 2010 according to Google Map. They now have several businesses at the former rink. They did expand the size to become a plaza. Including it has a fitness center, a dating site, and others.
They also had it as LiveWire.
The Interior.
Likely Maple wood floor. Photos I could not see the floor well because the skaters took pictures of themselves and friends skating in 1980s.
The Exterior.
It is a Flatted roof Bricks and Diagonal Wood Walled Warehouse-like building. It was the style in 1970s with such Diagonal wood built. They never updated the look on the outside for decades till they closed for good before 2010s.
