Hub City Roller Dome US Highway 49 North, Hattiesburg, MS (was Patterson’s Skating Rink). Taken in 1981. You can see the water park behind the rink on the left and on bottom of photo. The US Highway 49 is on the upper right corner. You can see the original building before it was expanded by a business after the rink and water park closed in early 1980s. Source: USGS. Photo digitally remastered by Dead-Rinks (colorization, clarity, and light balance).
Hub City Roller Dome US Highway 49 North, Hattiesburg, MS (was Patterson’s Skating Rink). Taken in 2020. Noticed now the building still stands but expanded by a business in this warehouse. They nearly doubled the size. Water park is gone. Nearest one now is in Collins, MS on the same road. If you were going to buy the building and reverted back to the rink, you can double the interior and make a wider rink or make it organic shaped rink there. One can dream! Source: Google.

Hub City Roller Dome and Patterson's Skating Rink were on US Highway 49 North, Hattiesburg, Mississippi next to an another amusement center which I believed was owned by the same man who once owned Petal Roller Dome, Philip Gibson.
Hub City Roller Dome was next to Wet World, a wet amusement center with water slides, swimming pool, arcade, and concession stand.
There was not much information but only I found was this advertisement that was shared with Wet World water theme park which was next door. It may have been under the same management. Similar concept to a rink in Georgia that was next door to the water theme park under same management.
The exact location is unknown. Just on the US Highway 49 North. Old photos from USGS was not much of a help and some were blurred because it was anglog film back then. Anybody know exactly where? Photos? All would be helpful. Yes, Photos too because if you did take pictures of the building back then, I can get clues where if you did not remember where.
The address is really 1 Old Rawls Springs Road, Hattiesburg, MS.
