It was a very quiet day of skating that day it was filmed and now on YouTube. The video was full of little children and according to our policy, no children. So, it is not posted. Source: YouTube.

1236 State Rt 168, Georgetown (Hookstown), PA
yes, there was Melody Lane Roller Rink located at 1236 State Rt 168 in Georgetown (Hookstown), Pennsylvania. This was before they had a fire in 1995.
The fire destroyed the rink completely even with 15 fire departments! It was total loss. They decided not to rebuilt.
After the fire, only standing is a 3,000 plus Square Feet Raised Ranch with two car garage on the property. The rink is no longer there. Please respect this is a private property. That house you see on property records was part of the same property. It was behind several businesses or buildings on State Route 168.
Before the fire, during the time the rink was operational, Mr. Berger operated from 1955 to 1965 then passed on to Pat and Myrle "Bud" Berger Jr. in 1965 and ran it until 1995.
Melody Lane Roller Rink was the the only rink in Beaver County in 1978 to still play organ music. However, by 1986, things changed by adding DJ music. "The incessant drumbeats of a Top-40 record have replaced the melodic organ. The words of the song are all but buried underneath an avalanche of even more incessant, high-pitched voices of young people and the sounds of the wheels turning against a hardwood floor," wrote Times reporter Karen Ferrick in 1986.
After the fire, it became an OUTDOOR roller rink and child care center that included that walled in outdoor rink.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
