All three courtesy of Google Map. Top to bottom: November 2007, June 2013 and finally, September 2016. See the sign slowly disappeared. But the mini-storage business down the road is still operational. The sign for the Skate above the front by the gable roof disappeared in the 2016 photo.
Courtesy of Loop Net. Only photo of interior of the rink at this very location.

House of Wheels was at 1902 Alfred Ln, Bossier City, Louisiana and so was Hot Wheels South. When searching House of Wheels for information and the map. I found on the map the style of the building is unmistakable Hot Wheels style of architecture. Same end where the admission/exit doors were. The same Red and White stripes on the building to give an image of a circus / field days / state fair / carnival tent look.
Having sad, this rink is unmistakable Hot Wheels as it is at this Hot Wheels Skate Palace (please click on name).
Jack Sutton owned the House of Wheels.
Likely the rink closed in late 2010s. What interested was that the rink parking lot was packed in 2007 Google Map. Must be on a weekend. The sign was there but in the map showing in 2013 showed a damaged sign but it was pretty empty there because of the day time photograph taken by 2016. There is a private property sign posted on the property that year. Apparently rink was gone by that year at the latest.
The Interior.
Since the building is very much of a Hot Wheels rink inspired look on the exterior, the interior is likely similar to other locations where Hot Wheels rinks were are are still operational.
I only have one photo and this one really showed more like a ice hockey rink because of the appearance. It was not ice, it was a roller rink. White floor, white walls with yellow footboard around. Too much like what an NHL look like.
Now as a power sports dealership, the interior totally renovated by removing the white ceiling panels to expose the truss beams and insulations but also they added some new HVAC pipes. I can tell where the lights are on that dealer's photo of interior is exact same location as when it was a rink. That is one of the proof that it is one and same place.
The Exterior.
unmistakable Red-and-White appearance of a Hot Wheels skating rink. Check the exterior of the Hot Wheels Skate Palace rink (now as Hot Wheels of Wonder) and the other Hot Wheels that is still operational.
It is easy to spot from the street with the stripped colors building.
There is a double wide manufactured home right by the end of the property within a couple of feet close to the corner of the rink building. Likely it was where the owner lived.
The property sat on a corner of 2 streets.
The double wide is 26' by 66' (over 1700 Square Feet). Good size for a house.
On one of the site, it said in April 2017 it was sold to the powersports dealership for 490,000 USD.
They totally renovated into all Graying colors for this power sports dealership and added windows and doors to the facility according to their website, Rock Powersports. You will see in their pictures evidence of former rink building. In fact, they expanded the front by the rail tracks the new 2 storeys building (2 floors) because I can tell in their slides. Another proof is that I can see the same manufactured home in background in one of the photos.
