Courtesy of Wheels Skating Centre Facebook Group. Hmm, look at those cars! Wow! And in winter? Today you do not want to drive those like that! Salt eats it away the metal. OH wait a minute! They are not snow! They are either sand or white crushed stones! Haha. Duh me!
Now, the other thing is... is that a UFO above the rink in the photo? I recalled seeing many photos of UFOs and there is one with just look like that one in this photo. A flash-light UFO apparent. No, I believe that is a camera flash reflexed.

Both courtesy of Wheels Skating Centre Facebook Group. The Skate Room and the mural. The mural I see was real nice. Very straight lines for the whirls. That was taken from RSROA logo. Easily spotted with that and another thing. The W here looked just like the Wegmans-Walgreens "W" but slightly thinner and more.. flimsy than the two powerful W chains.
Wheels Skating Centre Happy Valley Road, Glasgow, KY
In 1980, Wheels Skating Centre on Happy Valley Road, Glasgow, Kentucky opened but they closed shop in 1995.
Don Handy managed the rink but I do not know the owners who owned this rink. I do not know why they closed.
They had the name with Centre instead of Center. I do not know why such using a French word Centre for the rink.
