Town Hall Skating Rink 313 Adams Ave, Scranton, PA.
Skateland at Town Hall as well as Town Hall Skating Rink were on 313 Adams Ave, Scranton, PA. Were they part of the town hall in that city? That would be interesting that they had a rink. If so, it was perhaps in that town' town hall building gym. The town I live in has their town hall that was a former school and therefore, has a gym.
So, back to this, they used the gym. That is what I believed.
William Carpenter owned and operated the rink.
Billboard reported between 1943 and 1953 about the rink four times. Three times it was about membership with RSROA and their presence at the meeting with a list of rinks including this rink. The fourth one was about raising funds.
I do not have a whole lot to explain and quite a bit of a mystery. No photos, no other information.
This will eventually be updated. Stay tuned!
The Interior.
Likely wood considering the dates since that is when 99 percent of rinks had wooden floor or similar but not concrete yet. Maple? Possible because if this was in the Town Hall. Likely it was a school gym which means Maple wood floor.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
