Courtesy of Yelp. Good close up of the sign. This one at the time called Eufaula Event Center. One of many evolutionary name changes in 20 years! About every 3 to 4 years of changes.
Middle 2 courtesy of Google Map. The top was taken in November 2018. Best open to view the place the best. Second or middle is shown of a new sign! Eufaula Fun Center taken in June 2014. The one with Yelp, is unknown when! Look newer and looks better sign. Bottom courtesy of Loop Net. Noticed falling name. Could not read part of the name thanks to the tree! It sure does look like "LAKE____ OWLING" Lake? Can't be right!

The Zone as well as Eufaula Fun Center, Skates and Strikes, Eufaula Event Center, Eufaula Bowling and Skate Center, and finally, Eufaula Bowling and Event Center were all at 1231 North Eufaula Ave., Eufaula, AL. Of course not at the same time. That is five different businesses or changes. I could not find which is in proper order except for the final one which is in proper order. the final name which STILL operational: Eufaula Bowling and Event Center. They no longer operate the roller rink because the website clearly showed only its bowling and events which are private parties/birthday parties. So, for that part, I do not know when they finally ended the rink and kept only as party events. Many former rinks have converted to party venues.
I believe the final two were Eufaula Bowling and Skate Center and Eufaula Bowling and Event Center were one and same owner who changed his business venue. Maybe because of Office Space website said they were leasing separately if an interested party desired to do so or buy the entire complex outright. They posted that in 2018 and still is on the market (As of in 2019). The asking price in 2019 was a pricey of 799,000 USD.
Because they built this building(s) in 1999, this means they operated from 1999 to 2014 based on 5 names, this means average of 4 years per business ownership/name changes.
The final rink, Eufaula Bowling and Event Center is still up for sale/lease and is closed since March 2020 due to COVID Lockdown and will be reopened. Not sure at the moment since it is July 2020 now.
The Interior.
25,025 SF Bowling Alley includes 20 bowling lanes, three offices, a bar and full kitchen. The rink has 15,000 SF out of 40,025 SF. Skating rink area is much smaller than the bowling alley. They both had separate entry.
The Exterior.
The design of this building is quite unusual. The roof lines really awkward. I believe the left side of the building is where the roller rink was as the right side the bowling center. The sizes really showed the differences between 15 and 25 thousand square feet plus 25.
The roof for the rink is slant downward toward the bowling alley building. Bit odd and off for this design. Its a scratchy Googie design. Bit unrealistic with this design. It attempts a Salt-box roof design building attach to the Contemporary Roof design that is a Zig Zag design, not folding design. It is like a gigantic Contemporary Slope Shed design. All of it are basically 1970s design but funny thing is that they were all build in 1999 which is quite out of characteristic for the architect to design for 1999. I love the 1970s Contemporary which is more Abstractism but Conservative than the 1950s Mid-Century Modernism. I have photos but Google isn't good with taking pictures and because of the trees were blocking. They did not drive all the way up on this road to turn ONTO the parking lot when they filmed it in June 2014. Only I have best is the November 2018.
The entire complex is in Navy Ship Gray color.
Thanks to Loop Net that photo must have been taken before 2014 to show it had Maroon Red Canvas Canopy over the door to the bowling alley. The newer photographs like with the November 2018 of Google Map picture on the former rink has nice Wood-Frame canopy with Aluminum sheet metal roof siding the same with the rest of the roofs on those two buildings. It is Steel-walled sheet metal siding.
The Stats:
