Skate World 2380 Bellbrook Ave., Xenia, OH. This was a coupon in the Ceders, a Christian college newspaper from Cederville College on 08 May 1986, page 11, first column. Source: Ceders, 08 May 1986, page 11, first column, bottom left corner.
Skate World 2380 Bellbrook Ave., Xenia, OH. Has to be taken around 2012-2013 according to Loop Net date on their profile for this building. The photograph itself was taken on a film! Not digital as it seemed. Why? The "UFOs" black spots in sky and the thin Indigo Blue line on the left. Source: Loop Net - Listing A.
Skate World 2380 Bellbrook Ave., Xenia, OH. This photo was used in the 2nd Loop Net which I believe it was really taken BEFORE the first photo on top. Why? Look at the cars, and look at the tall pine trees near the new front door toward the right. They are gone in the first photo. Painted it Gray!? Ugh! Source: Loop Net - Listing B.
Skate World 2380 Bellbrook Ave., Xenia, OH. Close up of the new front door. The skating rink did not have those front door and did not have those windows at the time. No sign put up yet. New half-wall were built with Concrete Stones. Source: Loop Net - Listing c.
Skate World 2380 Bellbrook Ave., Xenia, OH. The current Xenia Business Center building. Nice looking frontage. Very 2000s/2010s look. Will they end up having Graying of America version? Source: Loop Net - Listing D

Super Skate and the next rink, Skate World were at 2380 Bellbrook Avenue, Xenia, Ohio. It apparently were operated during the 20th Century. I see a lot of real estate records and a too few newspapers but of course it says newspapers.com which I do not subscribe because it cost me money (no donations, no information to retrieve, get it?) So, what I got is a free newspaper to retrieve which was a Cederville College newspaper.
I am not sure when they first opened and closed and why. Unfortunately nothing much I can do about it. It seemed they were operational during 1970s to maybe 1990s. Anyone?
It looks like Super Skate was first because of the huge half page ad in 1978 in Xenia Daily Gazette. 14 January 1978, Page 19. Then Skate World thanks to Cedars - in 1986, just a few months after the Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster.
After they closed, a numerous of businesses occupied the building thanks to expansive list of real estate records from Loop Net and Re/Max.
The Interior.
N/A.
The Exterior.
It is hard to tell what the original was like. Because of the current situation with all owners who owned and operated their businesses or organization or even training school there. The earliest photos I have from Loop Net and the Google Map showed it was Cloud Blue on the building but I could not read the name of the business because of an angle in Loop Net and the Google Map in its early stages with poor cameras. Then better cameras and newer listings again showed different names. Currently it is Xenia Business Center.
Apparently around 2010ish till like 2014-ish the building had painted over with a type of brown color when it was something else. Then after that, they renovated again on the outside by adding a very low stone wall on the bottom end to end. Then they added the sign Xenia Business Center which occupies several tenants since they are on leasing basis. A return to a rink there is impossible now.
I believe the actual front door was on the left corner because of extreme high canopy making the building looked like it can hold 2nd floor. The photos are self explanatory. Original colors unknown.
I had to depend on real estate information. The building was built in 1977 so I believe that was when Super Skate began and it became Skate World which ended in 2005. Thanks to Re/Max cleared that up.
