Courtesy of Google Map. Noticed the stateline for Alabama and Georgia? See the red pin? That was where the rink was.
Loopnet. Good photo of what the building is like now.

State Line Skating Center was a rink at 365 Fletcher Road in Bowdon, Georgia. It was interesting to name that rink, State Line. It was in a Gabled roof warehouse like building sitting on a corner out in the countryside. The area is beautiful countryside. Right cross the street was a gas station that is abandoned.
Puckett Skate & Party Center was also located at this same address but at differnet time. Nothing I can find about this rink at all. Just one website listed that name.
Merely perhaps a football field away, it is the Alabama-Georgia State line. Hence the road name is State Line Road and the rink was named after that road and because of the state line merely yards away.
Sherman Lowery was the owner.
The Interior.
I have no visual on the interior. But it has an apartment.
Since I have the width, likely the width was either 90 feet wide or 80 feet wide leaving just 10 feet for skaters to sit and relax It could be much more narrower at 75 feet to give more leeway.
The Exterior.
Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse Building with Gable roof platform. Part of the front doors were bricks. I am not sure about the windows. Were they there before during the rink days? It is currently a plastics manufacturing company.
