Loop Net. Can you see the green color on sidewalk and foundation? Sure reminded you of a certain fast food restaurant chain had those green sidewalks and foundation.
Courtesy of Google Map. 2007, 2013, and 2019 respectively. Both also had signs on the wall on the side. Not shown for Skateworld because Google Map blurred the side wall out both the sign and the wall sign. Nice of you Google, NOT! I was only able to get in other perspective. Can you read the name of the rink in the 2013 photo? Bit hard right? Starlite got it right and so is the furniture store. See photos.

Starlite Skating Center and later, Skateworld Family Fun Center were on this street called 4715 Tullahoma Highway in Winchester, Tennessee. It is also called Estill Springs, Tennessee. Take your pick. Haha.
Rink-Time said it was opened in 1987 for Starlite. And was sold in 2008 according to Loop Net. The owner of Starlite Skating Center wanted the rink stays as a rink and he apparently did get what he wanted. Sold to the owners of Skateworld Family Fun Center. However they closed for good. Thanks to Google Maps I was able to see the chronical order of businesses.
Krystle S. Steele owned Starlite Skating Center.
Skateworld was established in 2010.
It is now a furniture store.
The Interior.

The Exterior.
It was another common Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gable roof. They had very large letterings for ROLLER SKATING on one side while the front side says STARLITE SKATING CENTER.
Roof: Gable. The walls were Snow White. And yes, even McDonalds Green sidewalk and Cinderblocks foundation. But that all changed with Skateworld which made it more colorful and space themed. The base was changed to natural Sand color and Cinderblock foundation the same color as sidewalk.
Skateworld made it a little harder to read the sign than it was with Starlite. A good lesson here that if you want business. You cannot have both but try to have both. White background with a bold color would work best if you want to put on the wall instead of having a sign. Like the other rink I did profile earlier today with the address number 99, it was so easy to read. Starlite did the same thing with large fonts. They painted the walls from Sand color to Light Gray.
Starworld on the other hand had walls so colorful and so outer space themed and the name was a little difficult to read. Large yes, but difficult because it almost blend to. A single opposite color in the color wheel would work best. White would work best on that wall with colorful dark colors in background. It worked with their phone number on there! Apparently that did not work. Why closed?
The comparison. I love the large fonts and easy to read by Starlite the best to grab drivers and even children to see the rink and stop by there and skate. Skateworld had beautiful graphics yes. But harder to see the name of the rink compared to Starlite.
The sign I like was Starlite the best because you can see the huge skate. That would be easy to know it is a skating rink. By taking it away, just the hard to read name. Perhaps this is why the rink lasted shorter time than when it was Starlite. Starlite lasted from 1987 to 2008. That would be 21 years compared to Starworld from 2010 to mid-2010s. That is like what.. 5, 6, 7 years? Think about how you are going to attract customers with proper design.
The furniture store discovered this for sure. They painted the walls all Tan color and dark letterings for their furniture store. I can read easily from seeing small pictures of it online. They nailed it with the sign. WHITE letterings on MIDNIGHT BLUE background. Easy to read! They understood the commercial psychology on graphic design. Good job owners of the store.
Now the furniture store, they updated the exterior. It is a lot nicer and more conservative looking as they built the front with Bricks only where the main doors are. Not any other walls.
They have beautiful white fence in the back part of the property. The building parallel to the road.
