Stanton Park Roller Rink Stanton Park Amusement Park, Steubenville, OH. Taken in 1911. Source: eBay.
Stanton Park Roller Rink Stanton Park Amusement Park, Steubenville, OH. Taken in a later time because they added the new section on the building.. the new dormer for 3rd floor. But please look at the corner of the building! Zoom to that guy. He looked out of character does he? I found 2 more similar postcards and they all have him but different printing. But look at his aura.. Then look at his face.. He was looking directly to the camera and see what he was wearing. Yes, that 1980s jacket.. maybe Member Only jacket and he has a T-SHIRT WITH A SKATE ON IT! For an old 1900s to 1930s postcard, there were no t-shirts like that I know about hockey teams had shirts with logo on like the Canadians had when that man with unique glasses went to a bridge opening ceremony. Now what you have to say? Look at next picture. Source: eBay.

Stanton Park Roller Rink Stanton Park Amusement Park, Steubenville, OH
Stanton Park Roller Rink was part of Stanton Park Amusement Park in Steubenville, Ohio from its opening in 1905 till the park closure in 1940s but the rink was the last thing part of the park to remain open till 1950s according to Wikipedia.
It was on a hill at the park and had a very unique design. It was a multistory building (at least 3 stories) and the ground floor was quite high than the second and third floors. However, I believe the rink was on second floor by the look of the people on the deck on second floor. One part has a canopy covering it.
This amusement park was set on a very hilly area. It had a figure 8 roller coaster from its opening till 1912.
The amusement park closed in 1940s followed by the rink in 1950s which was the last standing part of the amusement park that survived.
The Interior.
Likely Maple wood floor because of its era and because it was set on second floor of a three story building. It even had decks from the same floor!
The Exterior.
Very unique brick building that it had many features. A photo is worth a 1000 word so I let you see that and it will be well described. It appeared to be of its own style. Not a Craftsman nor an Edwardian which both were running around that decade. Edwardian was on way out, Craftsman were in and FLW era was in full run. FLW as in Frank Lloyd Wright and the style would closer to him and maybe, Art Nouveau which is international art style. It would be because of the arches, the roofline, It screams both A-N and FLW.
In later years, they added a third story dormer extension on the front. Compare both the 1911 postcard and the later postcard. I do not know when they did renovation or why they added that.
