Sports Haven Roller Rink Carol Street, Bridgeville, PA
This roller rink was on Carol Street in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania was called Sports Haven Roller Rink and hardly much information and this AP story did not say what local newspapers. Only I found was one in Billboard magazine published on 19 June 1948. This publication only mentioned it was a speed skating event and mentioned 2 or 3 people in it. Not published here because it is a long article.
The owner and operator was Joseph Hofrichter.
However, the AP article mentioned that the rink advertisements were found in local publications between 1949 and 1953. Apparently they were operational likely mid 1940s until 1953 when they went out of business because nothing else mentioned it.
Anyone know about this rink? Articles? anything? I could not find articles the author of the AP story wrote about. Anything?

Second of all: The contents including words and photos above on this page and/or on any pages are purely educational entertainment purposes only. All sources are shown on each page. All opinions and statements of mine are also stated and are for purely educational entertainment only.
Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
