Google Maps. Look at the 3D style sign! The bowling ball and pins. Hence the name but also spin also means roller skating. Could have had a skate on there too. But never mind, I love that concept of the ball and the 2 pins being knocked down. And how the bricks was lay like it was broken. Reminds me architectural style of BEST architecture designed by Sculpture In The Environment (SITE).

All courtesy of Spin City. Wow, beautiful interior! Really. Very modern. Yes, it was just new when it was opened in 2013. They did however, did a remodel. The chairs and tables were replaced. I do not know which came first.. the ugly gray chairs that are attached to the tables or the orange chairs that you can move around. Anyone?
The rest appeared to the be the same throughout its short run of 7.5 years.

Spin City 637 24 1/2 Road, Grand Junction, CO
Spin City 637 24 1/2 Road, Grand Junction, CO was originally opened in 2013. It only ran 7.5 years in this very expensive investment with very unique looking facility. Sadly, it will go away.
Architecturally awesome but sadly I see in many of the sites such as Trip Advisor, Yelp, Google Guide, and more, very negative. That is understandable when they were paying expensive investment and second of all, understaff that the people there seemly not care. Yes, photos after photos I see holes they punched in, kicked in, a pair of skaters left the rink and skated everywhere in the building. Yes! Skated the hall, eating area, bowling, laser tag, you name it. How rude.
The business and building was sold to All-Terrain Motorsports, an adult toy store (ATCs, ATVs, Snowmobiles, etc.)
The Interior.
Truly a full-scale entertainment center, per se. Not just a roller rink. It had roller rink, a laser tag, 6 lanes Ten-Pins bowling, full scale arcade, children interior playground (Many call that Jungle Jym or Jim or Gym). huge snack bar area. From seeing exterior, it does not look big but when you are inside, it does feel big. Right colors, Good mixture. Ultra-Modernism. This should be award winning for 2020s for best Dead-Rink design I ever seen interior.
But because of comments and proven photographs of wall damages like they were punched in and kicked in, safety hazard such as yellow rolling bucket with a mop sitting on a carpeted area. Stains, damages, video games out of order, and more. Clearly it was not clean and correctly which are in health code violation. I can say more. I seen photos of toilets, bathrooms, waste baskets overflowing, trash on the floor by it, locked bathrooms, it is, or was when they closes, deplorable. This might be the real reason for its demise. That hurt the appearance.
I could not describe more detailed with the negative views I see on various of business scoring websites (Yelp, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc). But also the photos are self explanatory when you visit those sites. I only showed photos which are in better shape. Clearly you can see one photo with trash bin in the eating area. Bag apparently too big or too much pulled out of basket and no cover for the basket.
I do not know what the floor plans are like.
The Exterior.
It is a very standard looking storefront with Free-Span Steel Truss Brown Brick Bricks-Walled Entertainment Center - like Building. The storefront appearance looked like a drug store or a grocery store with much glass and doors with half-walls in front. It faced an empty field. It could have and should have their front facing other stores on the other side or on the side.
