Courtesy of Google Map. Top three are evolution of the place. First was White and smaller place but they added the extension which is taller, and bigger. And nice paint!
All courtesy of Wheels in Motion. Sad to see just three skaters there at the time this photo was taken. Is Wheels in Motion still in business or what? (according to email today 25 February 2021, YES they are!)

Skateworld which was at and recently, Wheels in Motion which IS still at 1007 Fayetteville Road in Van Buren, Arkansas. Information regarding to Skateworld is unknown but it was operational before 1989 when Wheels in Motion took over according to this site, Chaney Brewer Real Estate. But according to Rink Time, it was 1991 when Wheels in Motion started as well as Manta said so. Which year did it really start and when did Skateworld started there as well?
UPDATE --
I received this email today that owner of Wheels in Motion, Mark, wrote me and answering my question in I believe in his website contact form, he replied this on 25 February 2021 --
[I asked if Wheels in Motion still opened and regarding to the appearance on outside] Yes. Still open. Correct siding was gold until I added on a trampoline room around 6 or 7 years ago. Then I resided entire building in red. But I dont think iys faded too much! Its factory baked red as opposed to painted. [factory baked really can bake in the paint into the material since if you just paint and dry paint on a material, it will fade faster or chipped off.]
[Asked about property] Also correct I bought adjacent property and made a private party only play area.
Listed that when covid shut us down. Rented it out, but rink is still open.
And yes Google has everything wrong. Skateworld built in 1980 to 1997. Then name changed to wheels in motion sept 97. Been open ever since. Aside from covid shutdown.
At least that's the best I remember.

Mark, I love the color! Very vibrant! And very nice place!
But Google Map really showed largely different at this site. The 2007 map showed a white building with no name on it. No Skateworld and no Wheels in Motion at all. I see a small road side seller selling something. Signs have no names on it both the wall and the street side sign. Nothing. So, why is that? Was the rink really at another location and they moved there? It does not make any sense at all. Usually abandoned places would have those road side retailer selling fruits/vegetables, or sunglasses or painting or rugs or whatever they were selling.
Unfortunately, this is a mess with information. But the Google Map showed newly fresher paint in April 2013 with that powerful Red Solo cup color and the later years in Google Map showed it was fading very fast. Red do bleach in the sun, air, rain, and dirt abusing the color. Red is mostly bleached than any other colors you have seen on other places I have seen but Mark got it good one that it is not fading.
And yes, in those photos showed the rink name above the door. They had an expansion at the site if you see the comparison. It is larger by taller, and out to side and even front.
Interesting to note that this building has a sister building in reverse layout and in same color. The 2007 both of those buildings in White but the 2013 has the red first then the other building finally caught up in same red. And expanded too.
Because of this as I observed the rink rented this location! Lease is proper word to say it because it was up for lease in August 2020 according to Loop Net. Then I see the next Loop Net I found it says its no longer advertised on Loop Net. Apparently it was leased out to someone already fast.
Google got it wrong! According to Mark, still operational! Support his rink!
The Interior.
As Skateland, I do not know what the interior was like but clearly it was updated through the years with Wheels in Motion.
Wheels in Motion has three main colors: Light Green, Purple, and Red. Those three are shown on walls, half walls, and counter walls as seen in photos. They later on added bounce houses, trapezes, and related activities. They cut the floor to add 4 trapezes on it. The Trapezes were added in around 2014/2015 (according to Mark).
The Exterior.
Originally, it was Skateland and I do not know what it was like at the very start but likely it was White exterior walls in Cinder-blocks. The evidence showed that Wheels in Motion had those color till around 2010 when they had it factory baked in Red Solo Red color that was very vibrant. (I love this color. Really can attract customers). Although sun beached through the years WITH regular painting, this one should last long time and he said it does keep that redness well. With that red, it really pops well for patrons to stop by and to skate. No wonder in Google Map it showed for Summer time in August 2019 it was packed. All other photos Google Map showed through the years failed to show a good crowd. The appearance really pops well and I love this. Please support Wheels in Motion! Please go there, skaters!
