Skater's Inn 110 Mall Rd., Dublin, GA
This rink was on 110 Mall Road in Dublin, Georgia. I do not have much information but it was given me just a little bit and I found the database for this business.
It was registered on June 4, 1980. It opened that year and I do not have date of closure.
This gentleman who told me it was... here is what he has to say and I am a little confused.
Skater’s Inn was same owner, different location 110 Mall Rd in Dublin,GA. Wal-Mart bought the old rink and relocated and changed the name.
Was he talking about a different rink name that was where Walmart is located now? I see it is not that far. Then the owner relocated to 110 Mall Road which is a shopping plaza. And closer to the high school that this rink was located directly toward the high school on that road. Dublin Mall is located cross the street. Still operational for the plaza and mall.
If that the case the Walmart store in Dublin is now, that was where the old rink was and what was the name of it?
Carl King F III was the operator of the rink.
