Skateland Paradise surely was at 216 Lindsey Street, Dayton, KY. It is currently a laundry company. This was taken in 2009 hence the expansion was made after 2009 over toward the left of the photo by tearing down the house and made a bigger facility with matching colors. Source: Google.
Skateland Paradise 216 Lindsey Street, Dayton, KY
Skateland Paradise surely was at 216 Lindsey Street, Dayton, KY but no one could explain where it was. Bizapedia said the agent/owner's residential address. I strongly believe all states need to pass laws only to show physical address of the business, NOT the residence of the owner. Thanks to K. who replied to me that the rink was IN Dayton.
Clarence Mckee and Mary Mckee operated the rink. This rink was registered on September 16, 1986. But no dates given for dissolution.
UPDATE! -- (03 February 2022).
I received an email. I do not know why it ended up in spam mail. But good catch I find this email from someone who is related to the operators of this rink. Here is what she has to say.
Hi. I saw you looking for info on Skateland Paradise.. I came across your website because I was looking to see if I could find old pictures of it or something. Mac and Mary McKee were my grandparents and I grew up in that skating rink. It was actually in Dayton, KY though.. They lived in Villa Hills. They sold it during their divorce, which I believe was around 2000,2001.. I'd have to ask my mom for more specific info. I'd love to dig up some old photos for you.
Oh please do send me pictures and more information! Thank you so much! Please answer all questions to the ones that say "N/A" and I will replace with your answers. If you could not get some, that is ok. There is always another skater or staff or managers will reply. It happened to a few rinks I had to update a few times to put information down. One of them FIVE times!
Take your time and thank you, K.

It was a Free-Span Steel Truss Cinderblocks-Walled Warehouse Building in a tight residential neighborhood with older homes and right next to a large electric circuit system. It has a Flat roof.
Since it is now a laundry company for commercial purposes, they did expand and bought out a house immediately next to the former rink and torn it down to expand their facility.
