Skateland Klamath Falls, 2207 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR
Skateland Inc. (Klamath Falls), 2207 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR
Two times this rank ran in business because there were two owners. First one was in 1978 as Skateland Inc. by Del Parks and later, owned by Jim Caylor of J.V. Michael and Associates in 1990 but he closed down the rink in 2007. Unfortunately, I do not have photos of the rink at this present time but if any of you have some, please let me know!
That is all I could find for information, unfortunately. And as for the building, it was renovated after 2007. It has modern 2010s look. And new planted trees kind of blocking the view of the building from the four lane road. Appeared to be main street for that area. I do not know why he needed those trees to block. The sign is not good either. No offense, but needs to be more clear.
Loopnet stated that it was listed on March, 08, 2005 and apparently had an Update that it is no longer on the market on August, 28, 2006.
