Courtesy of Loop Net. Bad view of building but good picture though. Why take the side and not the front? I think they had more pictures on Loop Net but because it was sold in December 2006, usually Loop Net removes the rest of the photos. I wish that website does not do that so that it can be put into archives. Oh well. I wish I can afford a company of 100 staff who go through every single website page and preserve photos.. only one can dream.. to collect and perserve before it get all lost. Same with websites!
Courtesy of Google Map. It says 392 International Park Street, Newnan, GA. The evidence was the trim. I found this in less than 5 minutes. Now a 911 center. All fenced in.

Skate Palace was on 195 Walt Sanders Memorial Drive in Newnan, Georgia but the street has changed its name dropping the memorial for Walt Sanders. It is now International Park Street. AT first I could not find that street and the location of the former rink because I saw on Google Map for Walt Sanders Drive. Not including Memorial. I ended up getting the red pin in middle of a nice thick forest a couple of miles north of where the rink was.
I zoom out to look for that former rink but I got drawn to seeing this industrial park where major corporations have their warehouses, a major pet store distributor center, a Motorsports warehouse or manufacturing plant. I know they make their snowmobiles in Thief River Falls, Minnesota so that cannot be snowmobiles. I somehow was drawn to that building where I found it. It was at 395 International Park. So, I said, that got to be it. I proved correctly because thanks to someone who just started on Facebook a group called, "I use to go to Skate Palace in Newnan, Georgia!" and fortunately he had a small photo (if zoomed larger, it would not come out right) and I saw the dark trim on posts and wall in that former rink photo and compared to Google Map's. It was a match! They removed that childish castle like. Well, actually I thought it was another building because it has the word, "Castle" which is kitty corner from where the rink used to be. The former rink is now a 911 center for that county.
The Interior.
N/A. Just the rink and a laser tag area in the back area of the building.
The Exterior.
Beautiful Concrete Stone Gable building! Two tones. I could not get that color for the dark tone. Looked very Dark Plum color for the trim. The rest in Natural Concrete Stone Sand color.
It had that large canopy overhead where the front door. Like some rinks has that canopy making this feel like a church or a casino or hotel. But during Skate Palace, it had that castle like on that canopy.
The rest of the building did not have that castle like. My favorite castle like rink is active rink out in midwest. Have to travel out there!
In June 2008, the County 911 Call Center relocated to the rink according to The Times-Herald newspaper (Archives). And more - The Times-Herald list of articles related to the 911 Center.
