Photo courtesy of CoStar/Loopnet. Noticed the difference between the newly renovated building shown on top as opposed to the building shown on bottom. Paint seemly faded and the sign with the number was changed. and the wall was ruined with different shade of tan. Was it some illegal graffiti on the wall? The garage doors were installed after the rink closed.

This was a relocated and larger rink that Skate Country, Inc. had settled in after being on Oracle Road location (See here). This rink was relocated for better space, I believe because it was increased size of the rink to 1200 SF instead of 999 SF. North Stone Skate Center was a DBA for Skate Country North. So, it was one and the same.
The rink had Urethane coated Concrete standard oval rink. The original was quite small just under a thousand square feet. I did math. I was unable to get width and depth of the rink itself. Easy math: 10 feet x 10 feet = 100 SF. This rink was quite small! This is only 200 SF larger.
This building, built in 1979, was a standard design the same as any other Skate Country rinks that are official (and copycats had/has). Flat roof Free Span Steel cinderblock 25,000 SF Building. Seeing on Google Map, it is available for sale or lease as of April 2015 STILL posted available as of June 2017. It sits on a corner with East Kelso Street. It was Value Village Thrift Store. That is too bad the thrift store closed. When economy is good, thrift stores are hurt but when there are recession, thrift stores do well. I can tell. I used to work in one during the recovery of the Great Recession and was there shopping in Mid-November to find it was pretty quiet there.
Anyway, it was a remodel after this rink closed in 2003 after it was opened in 1979. Ran for 25 years. According to Loopnet, it was up for sale and it was dated August 11, 2009 but updated on October 30, 2009 which apparently the thrift store took over. It was short lived for the thrift store perhaps from 2010 to around 2015. Maybe 3 to 5 years. That is sad for both skaters and for thrift shoppers.
