Courtesy of Google Map. It did look like a church at one time because of the look of that building but it is a rink now.
Bottom three courtesy of Got 2 b Rollin' Rink. I laughed out loud seeing that guy on a little kid wheelie toy. Haha. So funny! See the stage in background? Perfect for a band to play while skating! Truly old school rink would be. Haha. Hee hee.

Skate-Connection originally was at 1200 Chivers Road in Buckhead, Georgia which is now called, Got 2 Be Rollin'. The new name really makes it very catchy name for the new rink. I do not have much for Skate Connection though.
One thing though, Skate-Connection began in year 2000 according to Manta.
It appeared the rink is part of a complex there because there is a large parking lot, a Gray colored building immediately next to the Red-Brick building. And of course a tennis court on other side of the parking lot. Was it really more of a recreational center or what?
The Interior.
Entire floor covered with Clear Coated Polyurethane coat Maple wood with high ceiling with Maroon Red bottom part with Snow-White walls. With stained wood trim separating the two colors. It does give that homely feel to this rink in almost remote area. The map showed pretty much almost remote.
It has a stage for bands or for a play or whatsoever. Yes, they had other purposes there. I saw difficult pictures to see the stage that has a drum set there. Hmm, no organ to play there? Yes, drum set. Also they had a magic trick show there on stage as well.
This homely country-style roller rink is truly functional and practical as a multipurpose facility more than just a modern day (or more of 1970s Disco era roller rink). This is not like that. It is just very basic yet, very comfortable that you perhaps would know everyone's name kind of feel in that rink. I love what they did with the dice numbers on the wall so they can play a session that is like a musical chairs of dice.
The Exterior.
Interesting about this rink that it appeared to be of a former church. In that immediate area, there were three churches. One cross the street kind of kitty corner from the frontage of this rink and the other on the kitty corner of the rink's rear a Baptist Church.
It is a beautiful Deep Red Brick building with three Gothic Arches on front of this Gable-roof building. It has seen some rough times but it is still a beautiful building. It just need work around the yard, new better looking front, not clutters, etc. It still can be saved.
