Skate City 6570 S. Yosemite Street, Greenwood Village, CO
This was one of many franchise of Skate City I believe but this one has long since closed. A skater emailed me with a proof of this location that was not on any of my lists I review from other sources. Skate City was on 6570 South Yosemite Street in Greenwood Village, Colorado, a suburb of Denver by Littleton inside the Outer Loop or whatever they are called there.

I have no dates of open, closed, whatsoever but right now it is a shopping plaza. Likely they opened in 1977 in about 20,000 SF building and after they closed, it became a shopping plaza splitting up spaces for several national known retailors. It was totally renovated.
The Interior.
N/A.
The Exterior.
It is currently a shopping plaza. Likely it was a Free-Span Steel Trusses Steel-Walled Warehouse (?) - like Building with a Flat roof. It appeared to be that way but I think it is really extreme low pitch Gable but the map showed difficult view for that. Original appearance is unknown.
The Stats:
Rink Size: N/A. Floor: N/A. Floor Layout: N/A.
Building Size: 23,847 SF. Built: 1977. Demolished: Renovated completely.
Type of Building: Free-Span Steel Trusses Steel-Walled Warehouse (?) - like Building.
Roof: Flat.
Acres: 1.79 Acres.
Operated: (Overall)-- Open sometime before 1995, and closed sometime after 1995.
Reason for Closure: N/A.
Wanted: Information regarding exact dates of open/closed, why closed, size of rink, rink materials. Also photos. Anyone knows or have photos, please let me know by emailing at [email protected]. Thank you.
