Google Map. This showed it has converted to 3 sections for different businesses. However, the original rink had canopy still up in middle of the front. You can tell the differences with the updated appearances all around front. Likely that was the front door for the rink in the middle.
Skate Center, 125 Commerce Ave, Lake Placid, FL
That was the name of the rink as I found it was. No pre-fixed name for the rink. And also another confusion was that the name of the town, Lake Placid I get search engine thinks I am searching for Lake Placid, New York, the home of 1933 and 1980 Olympics Games in the famed Adirondacks Mountains region. This is Florida I am talking about now.
Hardly any information except I found a Loopnet ad stating it was 5,000 Square Feet building but I thin it was larger and it was split into smaller business site. Same building I believe it was but it was split into smaller slots. Proven correct by seeing on Google Map that displayed the entire building and the size would double. It was 10,000 Square Feet. Likely it was both slots. However, the amount would be small. The rink was small. Likely around 60 X 150. Maybe less. If not, the entire building would be around 15,000 Square Feet because of Google Map.
