The Skate Place and Venue 300 Todd Road (200 Todd Lane), Altus, OK. You can see the address and the street. I got sources saying it was 300 Todd Road but it is really 200 Todd Lane. Bit of confusion. Some slight variation of numbers and words. This was the former Skate Castle. Source: Google.
The Skate Place and Venue 300 Todd Road (200 Todd Lane), Altus, OK. This is when they do not have any concerts, they would have the rink operating and the bounce houses taking up space of this rink. Murals are bit hard to see though. This was the former Skate Castle. Source: The Skate Place and Venue Facebook page.
The Skate Place and Venue 300 Todd Road (200 Todd Lane), Altus, OK. This is where they set up for concerts with big names playing at this rink. Yes, they do serve alcohol beverages. Perhaps only during concerts for those age 21 up. Skating rink, I doubt it. This was the former Skate Castle. Source: The Skate Place and Venue Facebook page.

Skate Castle used to be at 300 Todd Road (200 Todd Lane), Altus, Oklahoma. I have the original address I got from my lists of rinks from 1990s addressing as 300 Todd Road but Google Map points out BOTH as 300 Todd Lane next to the pin and on the left side as 300 Todd Lane which is more correct address. Website after website on the internet said it is 200 Todd Lane. So, I am listing both addresses here. I believe then the Todd Road was a mistake unless the town did change the name of the street recently.
I could not get information regarding to Skate Castle but more so as The Skate Place and Venue. Since I have lists of rinks from 1990s, clearly Skate Castle was around at the time but changed hands and names sometimes after the year 2000.
Strangely, Manta said it began in 1968. How can it be if it was Skate Castle? Anybody? Same with Rink Time said it began in 1994!? If this was the Liars Club game show, they will give 3 answers. but you need to guess which one is correct. Haha. I have as dated what I believe it was so see below for the date of operations unless that needs to be changed.
