Skate-A-Way Skating Rink Trezevant Hwy, McKenzie, TN
Skate-A-Way Skating Rink was on Trezevant Highway, McKenzie, Tennessee. I do oot have any block number and no other information except for that photo was found. Nothing much to see here. Unless someone comes forward to explain about this place.
Some I can guess. With this design, the Segmental Arch building and the way the building looks along with the name and graphics, it pinpoints to 1940s-1950s and the newspaper showed the photograph had a caption below it saying that skaters of all ages skated there in 1970s. It was originally published in October 2004 in “A Pictorial History of Mckenzie, Tennessee,” by the Mckenzie Banner.
Please contact me and provide information regarding the place. Read below and the email is provided as well for further instruction. Thank you.

The Exterior.
It was a Free-Span Steel Truss Cinderblocks-Walled Warehouse - like Building with Segmental Arch (Arched-curved) roof. It had two tones colors. Due to the photograph being Black and White, likely it was White and a dark color. it had a vertical "bowtie" / hourglass graphic on the building near the corner of the front.
