Roseland 112 Fairfield Ave, Johnstown, PA
Roseland 112 Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, Pennsylvania was once a rink. The name reminded me of a Trolley Park in the Finger Lakes Region in upstate NY.
Never mind that, this one in Pennsylvania was a rink for a time. It sat at a corner. It was also a bingo hall called Roseland Bingo.
Currently it appeared to be abandoned. Even in the immediate area it appeared to be abandoned, not just the former bingo hall, several businesses has permanently closed on Google Map near Roseland.
UPDATE! -- 10 May 2022.
I found more information when someone posted on a website selling a bundle of tickets. He pinpointed around World War II or just shortly after the War because he went skating at that rink in 1950s with the price of 25 Cents. At the time, it was 17 Cents during the 1940s. Roughly 50 percent increase in prices!
He also mentioned those information-- Opened 1941, and closed in the early 1980s. The building was 8,500-square-feet, and was renovated as a meeting hall in 2005.
The Interior.
Do not know but likely Maple wood due to the era in 1940s to 1980s when the rink was operational.
The Exterior.
It is a blocks-and-bricks walled Storefront-like building with Gabled roof.
