It does not look like much damage from this distance and it looked good even dafter the damage. Yes, on the side front is the sign light box is laying down on the parking lot. From what I saw in those Google Map pictures, it appeared to be 1950s. Looked like a G-Store front but no windows though. I mean large windows that G-stores would. But the canopy you can see are in line with the rest of the building which was very common in 1950s as sort of MCM FLW style because this is the style common everywhere in Mid-Century.
