THE OTHER LOCATION MYSTERY.
Since there was a Vineland Skating Rink at 11-13 South 7th St. in Vineland, Was this the rink? The address is different but still on South 7th Street. Let's look at it and please let me know if that was where the rink located from 1941 to 1958. It is demolished. Email me at Rink-History.

Roll-O-Rink as well as it was known as Vineland Roll-O-Rink which was held at 2279 South Delsea Drive Vineland, New Jersey. Vineland Skating was technically the first name. Later on, other names I just mentioned.
The owners/operators were Mr. and Mrs. Gus Morvay who first operated from 1958 to 1969, followed by Ed & Marge O'Neill from 1969 to 1988.
Currently it is a thrift store from Salvation Army. They retain beautiful floor there though. I agree with my competitor saying the floor just needed to be refinished with a polyurethane coating and ready to skate again if anyone buys it.
The roller rink was housed in front of the drive in theater. Google Maps showed it was. The skating rink was perfectly set by another entertainment center as a choice for people at the time. The drive in apparently is still operational.
There were other rinks for the Vineland Skating Rinks. They were--
-1932 which maybe was only operating only for one year - Vineland Roller Rink at "732 Landis Ave.", However, I check to see if I can verify my competitor to be correct with his source but it is not correct. The address 732 Landis Avenue does not exist in Vineyard, New Jersey. The Cresci Building does not exist. Google Maps pointed to the Vineland City Municipal Court. NEXT door to the United States Post Office. NOT opposite side because of the odd and even side of the street. The address is in error. So I would leave that out until I can find out more or any of you can verify correct address. Where did you get your source, FRRP?
I also checked 732 West Landis Avenue but the red pin ended up at the intersection. No such address but interesting thing though was it pinned at the intersection of West Landis Avenue AND Delsea Drive!
- From 1941 to 1958 - Vineland Roller Rink, 11-13 South 7th St., (Spiegel Bldg., E. Blvd. & Laudis Ave.)
Mr. & Mrs. Gus Morvay operated there as Roll-O-Rink from 1950-1958 then relocated the rink to Delsea Drive.
By the way, you misspelled Laudis. It is Landis Avenue, my friend at FRRP.
Once again, no such address. Did both of them were reassigned numbers? There are a lot more questions than answers.
I could not get the address as 11-13 South Seventh Street. I kept getting a residence address as 1113 South Seventh Street. So, I thought I stroll on Google Maps. I found this on the 400 block on South Seventh Street that it does appear to be like a roller rink. Was it? Or a ballroom? The front faces on 700 block of East Quince Street. It sits on a corner as you seen the photo above. I believe the street numbers may have been reassigned after all. This is the place I am sure. Please correct me if I am wrong. Sure does look this way. If it was, then I found it. NOT the East Boulevard at "Laudis" Avenue.
Anyway, I noticed from how the dates were. I think they were actually successors. The original in 1932 was operational but closed then the 1941 to 1958 Vineland Roller Rink was operational then the owner of this rink relocated to the Delsea Drive location. So, this is part of it.
Let's move on.

Thank you for understanding.
Dead Rinks is now International Roller Skating Rinks History Foundation© because many former names have become new names at the same rinks that are still active and due to much confusion, We have decided that International Roller Skating Rinks History Foundation© fits better for all rinks including defunct, closed, inactive, rebooted, and rinks that are still active today. For short on this site, it is International Roller Skating Rinks History© Bear with us as we change the entire site page by page each day. Thank you for understanding.
Second of all: The contents including words and photos above on this page and/or on any pages are purely educational entertainment purposes only. I provide what information from other websites, skaters, and operators and it may end up with different results between two (or more) sources. It is not our responsible for errors we caused. All sources are shown on each page. All opinions and statements of mine are also stated and are for purely educational entertainment only.
Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former. Since we are rebooted to allow alive rinks, active rinks, we welcome those active rinks as well. It will be described.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
