Google Map taken in January 2008. A good capture compared to a competitor's blurred photo.

The Orlando Sentinel, June 7, 1960. Announcing opening on June 17, 1960.
Roll Air, 1055 Bay Rd. N., Mount Dora, FL
Roll Air was a rink in Mount Dora in a 12,202 SF flat-roof building with Van Gogh Yellow frontage with Drapy Depressing Grey side as seen in the photo. It is a duel-skating rink facility. One interior, the other exterior. Both concrete floors that are about 10,000 SF each. That translate to about 75 feet by 150 feet.
This is one of rare rinks with two rinks. One interior and the other exterior. Skaters had choices to skate one indoors or the outdoors.
There are no other photos available however. Only Loopnet has that single photograph of the exterior. More information are needed. It apparently was sold 2015 after 5 years on the market. Apparently it closed in 2010 because of the "For Sale" sign was posted on the building at the time.
The website did not show picture of the house however, it was part of the package. Clearly homeowner owned the rink or was leasing it before the bank took over. The house itself has 2312 SF.
I attempted to find that house on the Google Map but it was not available. It skipped some numbers. However, upon looking at the tree line on Loopnet, apparently it may be where this discounter is now located in brand new building as seen on the map. I had to redo the map again by changing a little bit of the address and yup, I stand corrected about the location. It was real nice location for the rink because of the forked roads there plus Trout Lake was behind the rink. The photo on Loopnet was not good enough.
They closed in 2010 but finally sold and closed in 2015. Now a storage facility.
