Courtesy of Google Map. Taken ONE year before demolished. Sad! People were talking about this rink on the internet. Sounded like a good rink to be at and wish I did go!

Rol-Mor Rink 242 7th S. Seward, NE
Rol-Mor Rink was one of few defunct rinks in Seward. This one was told by the same Blogger I mentioned in a few Seward rinks I listed here.
Rol-Mor was around for 50 years according to a YouTuber. It was closed and demolished in June 2013.
Rol-Mor was apparently the rink to be at in Seward but the reason for its closing is unknown and why? The couple who owned it did not look old. I think perhaps the declining number of skaters.
It was demolished in June 2013. Someone who posted below the YouTube about the demolished building said it was "greed" instead of trying to save the rink. According to Google Map as how I found out why. Now I understand clearly why the poster said greedy. It was a bank that wanted the whole block to themselves to include very fancy parking lot as seen from top view! How nice of the Bank! Not.
The Interior.
It had beautiful Clear Polyurethane coated Maple floor covered the rink. It had a lot of white lights on ceilings but had some colored lights and a siren light as well. Very basic. The walls around the rink were White top half with clear wood paneling in bottom half.
The Exterior.
Free Span Steel Cinder-block Building that had White Sand Sea Blue paint with apparently look like Navy Ship Grey color. It sat on a corner.
The Stats:
Rink Size: N/A Floor: Clear Polyurethane coated Maple Floor Layout: Log
Building Size: N/A Built: Likely 1950s Demolished: June 2013.

Wanted: Information regarding photos, dates of open and closed and more photos! Name of the rink, why closed if they did.
