Courtesy of McKinney Courier - Gazette. You can see it was very 1990s look with the mural for the name of the building. The font and colors were popular in 1990s. So were those straight edge cut rocks (they are actually concrete blocks veneer). So, this showed it was in 1990s. Maybe done in 2000s.
All three courtesy of Google Map. See the evolution of pre- Rock-N-Rollers, during, and after it was closed for good. From top to bottom: First photo taken in 2008 followed by 2013, and finally, 2017. Which one does look awesome? Yeah, I thought so. The middle one. Love the colors and all. Being bored now with the bottom photo. What if next owner wants the way it was? Give him a huge discount by accepting his much lower offer or paint the way it was for him, please.

Rock-N-Rollers 110 Caldwell Lane, Princeton, TX
Rock-N-Rollers was at 110 Caldwell Lane, Princeton, Texas long after the original a fan told me in his email. However, no name. I will look for it. (Google Map says this property is at 117 Caldwell Lane. Another goof up by Google Map).
In meantime, this rink was opened in 2011. It was short lived. It was located at the Time Square building where one time before that skating rink. Then after that one was closed. Perhaps because of controversy involving with that rink due to noise complaints from neighbors
Keith Ashley opened the second carnation in July 2011 until he closed it in February 2015. I do not know why it was short lived. Was it the noise again? I do know about the first one.
It has a shed next to it. The building is called Time Square Building. When the rink was opening, Keith Ashley had it beautifully renovated as you can see in Google Map.
From what I saw on Google Map zoom around the neighborhood, yes, the rink was directly face to face with homes. It is totally not make any sense with the noise problem because... the high school is merely cross the street as well. And a busy street to the south of the rink. Totally not make any sense at all.

The Exterior.
Gable roofed Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building. It was all plain before the renovation began for the Rock n Rollers rink that it was just all Gray. But the new one had sections of Bold Fire Engine Red with Tan. But after the rink closed, it was painted over all Tan again which made it worse for trying to sell the building. If you want to sell, leave those unique design on so that you can sell better and at better value than paint over and be boring again. No one wants to buy boring. It is the same concept when you stage in your house as you seen on HGTV. If you watch HGTV, you would understand where I am coming from. Just ask those guys from HGTV and they will tell you. The same with this guy on TV who did reboot restaurants' appearances. You need to keep your beauty on the building when you are selling. I do not agree with some people regarding on renovations when you want to sell. For example, you paint over with gray color or tan color to say.. the exterior wall if it was unique. And never ever paint bricks or stones on your building. Never ever do that. A rink that was closed I believe in Louisiana that they had natural rocks 1960s style and they painted in Dark Chocolate color on those rocks AND cement. How lovely.
So, I am disappointed in how they painted over. I love that appearance of the building when it was Rock-n-Rollers. Sadly that rink is gone and I missed my chance by 5 years after hearing about this rink from a fan.
