Photo courtesy of Shannon Knaus. Perhaps this picture in a frame as you can see in the photo being displayed at a museum in the area. Noticed the 60s/70s automobiles parked with this beautiful building that looked like a storefront for a rink. It does look like they had it for a long time.
Rhythmland Roller Skating Rink, 1835 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN
This was a very unique name for a rink because it rhyme in music. Sounds. Music are rhythmic. This rink was another spot in the Minneapolis for a long time according to fans on Facebook. This rink was in business for a long time. The photo shown above showed when this photo was taken and the appearance looked long time.
It was a beautiful rink that has Yellow Brick built with some decorative design on the building. Currently, it is now an Indian food store. And they put in the arch for the doorway. But back then, it was perhaps titles on there. Old Black and White photos are usually grainy. That was the problem with this photograph. But everything else you see are self explanatory.
There are not much information so far and I will always update.
The roof itself is flat and is 2 layer of rooflines. Higher in the center and the sides are shorter than the center of the building. You can see in the Google Map photo shown above.
