Palm Bay Skateway 5275 Babcock St NE, Palm Bay, FL
This rink was set up in a shopping plaza back in 17 November 2001, the date of incorporated. Exact date open is unknown but likely opened at the end of 2001 but the closure would have been after 24th November 1997 according to this website, Commerce Florida.
According to Google Map, the location would be where Country Club Plaza is located. It may have been one of the tenants for that plaza. Google maps were very poorly done in 2007 to 2009 everywhere so with this one, taken in 2008, I can see the for lease sign by the big sign.
But the rink closed in 1997. Google Maps were not around. USGS maps were only topical and no way to know what was it on the side view like Google has. Anyone has photos and more information, please let us know. Thank you.
The rink went out of business anyway and sorry there are no photos either! (Third rink to be listed on this site today in a row without any photos available). It was in a shopping plaza that was built in 1982.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
