Courtesy of Mark Falso-photoshopped to remove blemish. This is the frontage of the former rink. You cannot see where the trampoline doors are located. I believe originally it was just for these doors to enter to play at any parts. But now its separated but they no longer have the rink.
Courtesy of Cushman and Wakefield. The admission doors. Both separate. The Event Center's doors are pretty hidden. its to the right of those window where you can see this black SUV is located.
Courtesy of Kimball Nelson on Google Map. Beautiful pictures she took of the place. Check this out because you will need to pan to see all around.
(courtesy of Cushman and Wakefield) The two activities replaced indoor football and the roller hockey/indoor lacrosse. Now trampoline and rock climbing. How sad. Also below is the birthday party section.
Courtesy of Cushman and Wakefield. Ah, noticed the rink's outline is still there? But now its some rock climbing section. This blueprint of the property is showing what is for sale. Red line borders the property in question.

Od's or known as O D's Sports Crossing as part of Qdoba Event Center but it was up for sale in 2009 and sold to the owners of E C Sports which is still operational.
This facility is more geared for In-Line Hockey. It has full-roller hockey rink with a fitness-center-feel to the airy facility. It gives very clean minimalist feel to the facility especially indoors.
However, I see the facility has been up for sale twice. First being in 2009 to 2011 (been a while trying to sell for a while and then it was up for sale again in 2018. The price has increased too much too fast. First as listed on September 10, 2009 but it was sold on October 24, 2011 for a pricey 2.69 Million US Dollars ($50.91 per square feet). However, it was listed again in 2018 for a much more expensive price of 6.1 Million US Dollars ($115 per SF). That is too much in merely 7 years span. Looks like it was not able to pay off in five years the debt for the building. Do not forget the expenses of the building, taxes, operational expenses, insurance, and other expenses including utilities, etc. That would be over a Half Million Dollars per year for someone who bought it in 2011. Now if anyone is nuts to buy for a very pricey tag now doubled to a Million Dollar per year. That amounts to about 100 Thousands Dollars per month (I always count 10 months a year for basic expenses then the final two as interests as I figured almost the actual cost.)
Can you make money that much? No. Unless you are non-profit and allows advertising from sodas, candies, food, etc. Just like you see on NHL rink all of your favorite and not your favorite brands.
i listed this because the Roller Hockey is no longer practice. It is a rock climb business called, Whetstone.
At one time it was used for Roller Hockey, Lacrosse, Football (you call that "Soccer.") Also relaxation since it has a vast interaction area especially between two halves.
The Interior.
The facility is huge with 52,829 Square Feet facility, one of the largest roller rink facility in the world. It housed two rinks at one time. The other being an indoor football field on the left while the rink on the right. It is very clean airy minimalist feel to it. It is more contemporary to it. It has steel rails similar to what you see at shopping malls if your dead malls or current malls has them. It is painted red to really stands out and visualized well especially you are there with skates not to fall over! The rink in fact is on lower level below than what you arrive walking in. It is about three to four feet in ground with ability to walk around the rink on that lower level. It is designed for having speculators to watch a game or two.
The rink being a full size of 185 or 200 feet x 85 feet. I do not see any information regarding that however, it appeared to be that size. The floor is roller court. It is still there but currently being used for rock climbing business.
The other side is a slight smaller rink that was for indoor Football on Astro Turf. Currently as an indoor trampoline park.
The snack bar has a cute tropical theme with hockey sticks instead of bamboo for walls.
The Exterior.
The facility is a huge 53 thousands plus facility Gabled roof Cinderblock and steel building. It is designed to house two large rinks. The admission for both facility is quite different. One showing a gable look for the event center section as the trampoline has regular straight lines. Both are two different businesses yet they share the interior to make it exchangeable. Perhaps the admissions is go by the usage, not per person.
