Photo courtesy of Wendy Hall-Duenes in Pinterest. Marty's in its heydays with the full name on the wall above the main door.
All 4 courtesy of Google Map. Top to bottom. Taken in 2007, 2008, 2015 and the old gas station in 2014. Marty's was already out of business hence the "Roll-A-Round Rink" disappeared as you can see in the photos. Then the auto part store bought the old Marty's and painted over the name and started to renovate into a new building. The bottom photo above is the old style gas station. I believe they added the garage later on. It was truly tiny gas station. Everything was tiny back then. Even this rink was too!
Courtesy of google Map. Now this is what the auto part store look like and still have hints of Marty's still there, can you spot it? Yes you can!

Marty's Roll-A-Round Rink was a rink where a NAPA store is now held at 1041 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona. It was also known as Roll-A-Round Rink. No, this rink did not belong to that time traveler kid in that time machine car that Doc made. A different Marty! I believe both Roll-A-Round and Marty's Roll-A-Round and even just Marty's were all one and the same for decades.
Of course, I am joking about which Marty. This Marty's was a rink up to around 2010s.
The long closed Marty's was finally sold to NAPA on November 19, 2014 and renovated the complex by 2016 according to Google Map. It did preserve the old Marty building by keeping that front overhang, the sign, and the canopy there. And they expanded the building by adding the extension and torn down the old classic Spanish looking gas station that appeared to be built in 1930s. It is shown above. Before that auto part store, ti was an used car dealership there but apparently they went out of business. The wall Marty's had with the old gas station was attached throughout the years.
The Interior.
N/A. The Square Footage given by three main real estate websites are all different numbers. Which one is the real size? I believe the real size is the 8,434 Square foot is the answer because two out of three said the same. The new owner--the auto part store added size and torn down the old 1930s style gas station. The 7,405 square foot lot which is smaller than the 8,434 Square feet is because of the second story in the rear of the complex. It is still there though. However windows are all covered up. Because of the size, likely the rink was quite small.
The Exterior.
Marty's exterior appearance originally had a sign on the front wall with script style name of person but bold Ariel-like font on the wall. But the later years, the bottom part of the name was painted over and only kept "Marty's" on the front overhang wall. It was designed to fool that it was a tall flat roof. It is really Gable roofed Cinderblock building that was painted in Snow White and Red fonts and trims. In the rear, it has a two story apartment like building. It is part of it. Perhaps offices was there. This rink was rather small as you can see in the photos.
Now its all new with NAPA Blue around it. Very different and almost unrecognizable to see the old Marty's.
The building was built in 1954.
