Both Courtesy of Google Map. Top to bottom: 2008 and 2014. I like Ripperz's sign and logo. Truly stayed away from the common fonts many companies use today that are too boring. One of the best logo I have seen but little short of the best. Compare that to Children's Parties' sign. It is very hard to read! Too small, too basic. It is basically the exact same sign that was painted over! If you can compare in photos, it was the same one that the current owner had it painted way too small. Needs to be bigger. Way bigger! From one of the better logos to the one of the worst. Sad. I do not know what Luke & Cody's sign was like. Ripperz had simple short sweet to the point name which gave more freedom to use as logo. Others had way too long names as well.
On other hand, it is nice to park at the end of the street away from crowded area. Perhaps overflow parking may have been allowed next door because next door has a very large parking lot.

Luke & Cody’s Sk8 Parks of America and Rippez were skating park at the end of the street at 650 Petro Point Dr in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The naming sounds more like a skateboard park indoors. But never mind that, they are part of the class along with roller skating. They closed and sold and it became Children's Parties by Parties on Wheels which is a venue for children. Birthday parties, surprise parties, even weddings are held there now.
Originally those two were actually skate park indoors but included skates and both went out of business
If the current venue mentioned "Wheels", sounded as if they are still having a roller rink. But I see pictures on Facebook. It is all party venue now.
