Soap Lake Skating Rink 48 Moses Lake Ave NW, Soap Lake, WA. Beautiful Maple floor. But very simple art work seen below. I am not too crazy about have that wall and window dividing rink and eating area. I prefer and I believe skaters too prefer open floor plan. Source: Soap Lake Skating Rink.

Lakeview Roller Skating Center 48 Moses Lake Ave NW, Soap Lake, WA (Still Operational)
This rink in Soap Lake was once called Soap Lake Skating Rink but also it was Lakeview Roller Skating Center in the State of Washington. This was an old school roller rink with the D-Roof design.
The address shown above are from several media sources but the real address is: 19298 Division Road NW, Soap Lake, WA (Coldwell Banker)
The two websites, Manta and Dun & Bradstreet both said it was opened in 1994. But by the look of the building, it is older. Maybe 1940s, 1950s. Anyone? It was Roland Ratzesberger who registered and operated this rink as Lakeview Roller Skating Center. But on Facebook, it was Soap Lake Skating Rink. All this was not clear.
This property was last sold for 25,000 USD in 1977. CHEAP! That was the cost of a home that time. Now estimated to be 237,900 USD according to Realtor.
UPDATE! -- 31 July 2022.
The rink, Lakeview Roller Skating Rink has been sold as you saw it was up for sale in source and the YouTube however, new management bought this rink AFTER this profile has been made.. So, that is good they will continue. However, this stays on because of the OLD name of the rink, Soap Lake Skating Rink was old name.
The Interior.
It was very basic Maple roller rink. Clear coated but had a coating. The interior was quite different. There is a wall dividing between the rink and eating area which makes it very separable and not interactive. It has a very long bench with no-lock lockers under the seat. it appears not that big. Medium-small I would have to say.
The Exterior.
It was a D - Roof or known as Segmental Arch. it was part of this Free-Span Truss Cinderblock-walled Warehouse-like building. It does showed age. it is fading Brown or Black upper part with White all around. There are extension of the building on each side to make it Alpha shaped roof.
It has 5 total parcels, 1 storage shop, and 10,000 Square Feet roller rink. It also has a pre-fab mobile home.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
