J & K's Route 66 Roller Rink 103 Northeast Hwy 66, Sayre, OK
This was another classic roller rink that was on the Mother Road, Route 66 that spanned from Chicago, Illinois to San Monica Pier in California. This was one of few rinks along Route 66. Skaters, you can check the place but it no longer a rink. Route 66 cruisers will might want to know about this rink but there are much better historic rinks to check out.
It was on 103 Northeast Highway 66 in Sayre, OK. Near Interstate 40, the replacement highway.
I only was able to get information on the building, nothing about think though. Sorry.
The good news is that you can purchase it for 299,999 USD! You can convert it back to a roller rink. Why not! It is currently for sale. It was several businesses in that building's history since it was a skating rink. The realtor McGraw said it was for BUSINESS ONLY, not the building. Business is moving out.
