Hy-Way Rollarena 1300 East Center Street, Marion, OH
Hy-Way Rollarena East Center Street at Parkview Avenue, Marion, Ohio. This roller rink was operational some time ago for a quite a while. It was managed by James and Sally Mayes. I am not sure if they were operators/owners other than managers. It was on an obituary for their daughter who passed away too soon even mentioned her parents managed Hy-Way Rollarena. I believe the address was 1300 East Center Street. It is a storage facility.
I believe it is that location because of the picture showed stop sign on the corner and the Google Map photo I showed above is about the same spot where the old rink photograph was located. It was demolished.
This rink was likely operated in Mid-Century to late 20th Century. The USGS maps showed it was there in 1959 through out to 1980. But their next photo showed 1994 that it was already gone and already a warehouse for storage rentals.
That ended around late 1980s between 1980 and 1994. Anybody?

The Exterior.
The photograph was not giving me the entire view of the location on human eye view. The top view did show the buildings between 1959 to 1980. The human eye level was likely taken in 1970s. It appeared to be for a newspaper. I am not sure.
Anyway, the building had Hip roof design with Free-Span Steel Trusses Cinderblocks - Walled Restaurant - like Building.
