Courtesy of GM. those are different businesses there now. Note that Burger King is to the right as McD is on the left. From top to bottom are December 2007, January 2008, and April 2011.
Hot Wheels 1000 South McKenzie St, Foley, AL
Skate-Zone 1000 South McKenzie St, Foley, AL
Rambo’s Sunshine Skate Center 1000 South McKenzie St, Foley, AL

Rambo’s Sunshine Skate Center 1000 South McKenzie St, Foley, AL
Likely first was Hot Wheels followed by Skate-Zone in 2006 till Rambo’s Sunshine Skate Center took over at 1000 South McKenzie St, Foley, Alabama. This rink is on a back road off of South McKenzie Street.
They may have closed before 2007 according to Google Map because a business or two are in that building according to their signs. You will see above (go back up there and see it).
On Manta, Skate-Zone opened in 2002 so it must be about 3 years of running as Skate-Zone. This places Rambo's and Hot Wheels before 2002.
The building was built in 1981. If that was the date when they first opened the rink, likely it was in my opinion. Then Hot Wheels Skating Center was the first in 1981 followed by Rambo's Sunshine Skate Center which was likely in 1990s before Skate-Zone took over in 2002.
