This rink, Greentree Skateland was at 1515 Lynch Lane in Clarksville, Indiana. It was founded in 1970s? It was folded some time ago. So was Jammerz Rollerdrome.
It is reported that the rink was sold and became a warehouse.
The commercial on YouTube for the rink said to be that Greentree Skateland was next to a shopping mall, Greentree Mall. Quite the irony that both used same name. But they are not the same ownership though.
UPDATE! --
I received the email this week (sorry for delay) that I received from the former operator of Skate Odyssey which was before Greentree Skateland! Here is what Wayne Bowles has to say--
I was the operator of Skate Odyssey which occupied the Greentree Skateland building at 1515 Lynch Lane in Clarksville Indiana. My wife Sherri and I operated Skate Odyssey out of this building from August 2006 until August 2009 when it became Jammer's. While we had the rink we made many changes to the inside including paint and skate floor repairs. The skate floor was walnut and was 70' X 150'. When we took the rink over there were many problems with the building, roof leaks, air-conditioning problems and only one furnace. We made several repairs to the skate floor but it was going to be a fortune to make the repairs necessary to the air and plumbing in the restrooms. We were offered a buy out by Jammer's and accepted their offer. The building is still standing and it is 19,200 sq. ft. in size. It is no longer a skating rink [now a warehouse].
Ah, thank you Wayne for your valuable information! And I look forward to seeing photographs you will send and it will be posted here. And this profile will be updated as well. Thank you again!
The Interior.
Originally this rink had Walnut for the rink however at some point, it was ripped out and only focus on Concrete (was that true, Jammerz?) Frequent skaters at that rink noticed big difference with how the floor function. They loved the wood floor better because it was smoother, with concrete, it was lumpy wave like.
The Exterior.
This simple Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gable roof that contained 19,200 SF of roller rink with the remaining totaled at 19,200 SF.
It was Slight White Steel walled with unique circular Brick façade and canopy over the front door. I do not know what Greetree Skateland had its look but for Jammerz Rollerdrome, it was just JAMMER Z on the sign. This rink was recently sold as in February 07, 2020 which was before COVID lockdown era of March 2020 to 2021.
My favorite part of this rink is the big hole in the brick veneer wall outside. The circle represents in this case, the wheel on a roller skate. It was a very clean perfect circle. The mason builders did a good job on that part.
Jammerz did change colors from 3 tones of colors (Red, Green White==Christmas colors) to School Bus Yellow in a very basic sharp lines and turns letterings. it stated as bold and strong.
