Fifth Street Roller Rink 65 N 5th St, Lemoyne, PA. The building remains today. New owner added a small front by the corner. They also did blasted away the White paint on front to expose Red Bricks. But the sides appeared to have been painted in different colors. That little room replaced the garage door as seen in the newspaper clipping. Source: Google.

Jones Roller Rink 65 N 5th St, Lemoyne, PA
This rink called Fifth Street Roller Rink was at 65 North 5th Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. They even had this rink as Jones Roller Rink after Ralph Jones, the founder. They had this rink opened in January 1947 until around 1950s. It was first owned by Ralph Jones who founded this rink but in 1949, it apparently was sold and owned by Andrew P. Fisher.
Today, it houses three different businesses, Cumberland Window Company, Penns Valley Printers, Inc., and Scotzin Brother Homebrew Supplies.
The Interior.
Its hard to tell with this black-and-white photo of the rink in the newspaper. It appeared to be layout in Fan format non-painted clearcoated Hardwood Maple. Reason I make this guess is because of the grain of the wood. Maple is very common. Rarely other hardwoods.
They said the buildng was up for sale in August 1950. Was that the time they closed or in 1957 when it was sold. However, in August 1957, it was sold to Bowling Center of Lemoyne. Likely confirmed that it became a bowling center, not a rink. For now, I say it was operational from 1947 to 1957.
The Exterior.
It was brand new built by 1947 for its opening in January 1947.
