Courtesy of Skate World of Kingsland. All taken after the skates are sold off. Real sad. They did paint over the White and give more brighter Blue for selling points. Instead it got sold in 2017 into a series of garages.

Dave's Skate World, Sam's Skate World, and Skate World were all at 1020 Boone Avenue Ext E, Kingsland, GA and they are closed.
The last one, Skate World closed for good according to them on their Facebook page with the date of closure on March 17, 2015, which was St. Patrick's Day. Sad way to close for St. Patrick's Day. It is now a storage or garage style facility with several doors to walk in with huge garage doors.
After they closed in 2015, they sold the building on 18 April 2017 for a good deal! 135,000 USD! Wow! Cheap! Darn, I wish I could bought it and reopened as Mark's Skate World! Hee hee. Actually they listed as 220,00 USD. That is cheap. For a rink this size, more likely should have listed at 550,000 USD.
Since it was built in 1987, was it a roller rink at the time also? Anybody?
The Interior.
The skating floor had Poured Concrete in Navy Ship Gray coating. It also had Midnight Blue base wall as well as half-walls/rails. The base trim on the bottom was Yellow which all are complimentary colors or I can say pretty good matching. Then there was upper part in White and then further up was Black. Pretty much of their own "Rainbow" of interesting colors of their own. It does make the rink look more neater for a small-town feel of a rink which was sitting in between developments when you zoom out on Google Map (or Mapquest or Bing or Yahoo).
Later on, before sold, they actually painted Standard Blue on entire walls leaving just the Black part on the same areas. You will see photos.
The Exterior.
it was a Gabled Roofed Free Span Steel Truss Steel Walled Warehouse-like Building. It had that Light Gray color exterior. Dark Blue. Originally the door was toward to the right which is now gone because they renovated to accommodate several businesses in that location with huge commercial garage doors and doors to walk in. Any photos from you fans would be appreciated.
