Dave's Skate Center 4389 US 61 S, Memphis, TN
Dave's Skate Center was a skating rink on 4389 US 61 South, Memphis, Tennessee. It was originally filed on May 14, 1973 as a for profit corporation. It opened around summer 1973.
This is all I could find out. It was opened in 1973 and closed on December 31, 1987.

The Exterior.
Free-Span Steel Trusses Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building. It has Gable roof but it was more like a Salt-Box because it is longer on one side for extra width. It has that Zig-Zag roof canopy for main doors. This is similar to some rinks with this design. Especially in the New England States. A couple of rinks with the canopy like that.
The front doors were apparently moved from under the canopy to the side expansion. The photo can tell the story quite closely.
