Crystal Palace 102 Crystal Palace Drive, Caddo Valley, AR. It mentioned their website on this logo but the website is gone. Source: Crystal Palace Skate Center.
Skateland 102 Crystal Palace Drive, Caddo Valley, AR. I even left the dust orbs in there as you can see very clearly. Beautiful day when the rink was in operation.. well, maybe not. Oh man, those TALL signs! It was the sign of near an interstate highway exit. This was being when it was Skateland (as one name). It sure does not look like much parking spaces at all! Crystal Palace 102 Crystal Palace Drive, Caddo Valley, AR. I even left the dust orbs in there as you can see very clearly. Taken in September 2013. Noticed a for sale sign posted on front yard? Yes, on the left of this picture. It was there for a year. In 2014, pretty much same but already have the country dance hall and the sign was still up. The realtor must have put off taking sign down. Apparently for sale for a year or so. Source: Google.

All rinks at this address, the 102 Crystal Palace Drive in Caddo Valley, Arkansas were actually two generations. Crystal Palace and Crystal Palace Skate Center was one and the same. Same way with Skatetown and Skate Town. They were just spelled differently but two separate rink generations. Also a third generation called Skateland.
Whew, mouthful to say those names over and over! But three generations of rinks at this same location. Speaking of location, I have it says "Caddo Valley, AR" but it is the same as it is in Arkadelphia, AR. Mailing address I presume. On LoopNet, it says, "Arkadelphia, AR" but I got those lists off the lists in other sources with the other city name.
The location was close to an intersection with the interstate highway. The walking score was 16 which requires car dependent. That was not good for children to go to the rink themselves like some do built near schools. No city buses go by. It is by the tourists section which the rink was surrounded with three reputational international hotels.
They went out of business in 2014 after spending 7 years as a rink. It became a dance hall.
I am disappointed that Manta and Rink Time did not state when they were opened. No other information on when it was opened and nothing mentioned closed. Anyone know about it? Please notify me.
Rock Allman was the operator of the rink according to Bizstanding. There are a large list of employees who worked there. That showed they closed in 2014. All pointed to October 2014.
The Interior.
It was a Log Cabin style Maple floor with Folksy Blue and White zigzag stripes on the wall.
The Exterior.
Gable roofed Free-Span Steel Truss Steel-Walled Warehouse - like Building with some Red Brick Facade near the front door with a very large extended overhang canopy on the right side as seen in the photo. Parking lot does not look much in Loop Net photo. But on Google Map, it does show a dirt parking lot on the side of the property next to a hotel.
Currently it does look the same but different ownership, different business venue. It is a country music dance hall. Heehaw, Arkansas is in the Southern Midwest where are the cowboys and cowgirls are! Sadly, no skating but all cowboy boots stomping beautiful Maple floor. Sad.

Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
