Crystal Beach Roller Rink Crystal Beach Park, Beaver Dam, WI
Crystal Beach Roller Rink was part of Crystal Beach Park in Beaver Dam, WI. It was owned by Ronald and Carol Ladwig from June 1 1960 to around 1975. They informed me they owned that but they did not inform me more information and I will have to ask. They joined the RSROA in December 1960 with this rink. They also owned Big Wheel Skate Center in the same state.
I believe it was operational before the Ladwigs in 1960. Anyone?
The Interior.
I believe it was on second floor of the building above the restaurant. Likely the floor was Maple then because it was on second floor.
The Exterior.
The appearance is quite different. Really different. It is a mixture of English Tudor with early Century design. Some I could not even explain what they are. Common for its time for large commercial buildings like this. You would have to depend on the picture then. Likely second floor.
