Cross Keys Skating Center 128 Cross Keys Road, Berlin, New Jersey. It was a rink in this rather large Warehouse-like building with Steel and Cinderblocks walls that might have been rather a near full size rink. I do not have any further information except for Google Maps and real estate / property records.
Currently a medical center.
Anything more, please let me know!
According to Realtor, it says it is priced at 1.99 Million USD. You got the money? If yes, you can buy back and reverse everything! Everyone can dream. The building was last sold in 2005. Might been when it became a medical center.. It is not clear because the Realtor ad looks like it is for sale with the rink.. But Google says its medical. Please the real answer stand up! I attempted to contact a realtor agent on that page and it says no proposals. Must be they are not active since 2005!
After the rink building was sold in 2005 assumedly meant that they went out of business and it became Twin Oaks according to the Google Maps. Then it became Oaks Integrated Care.
The Interior.
Unknown. Was it Maple wood or Roller Court or Concrete? Since it was built in 1998, it could be either one of them.
The Exterior.
It was a large Free-Span Steel Trusses Steel and Cinderblocks- Walled Warehouse - like Building with Gabled roof. Original color is unknown. In Google Maps for 2008 and 2009 is not clear. I cannot see the sign what the name of the business in that building. But from 2013 on, it shows it is Twin Oaks and later, shortened to Oaks. It is a medical building. Not a hospital. I see the list showed different practices including counseling, doctors, things like that. The building size is 120' x 200' known as 24,000 Square Feet.

Dead Rinks is now International Roller Skating Rinks History Foundation© because many former names have become new names at the same rinks that are still active and due to much confusion, We have decided that International Roller Skating Rinks History Foundation© fits better for all rinks including defunct, closed, inactive, rebooted, and rinks that are still active today. For short on this site, it is International Roller Skating Rinks History© Bear with us as we change the entire site page by page each day. Thank you for understanding.
Second of all: The contents including words and photos above on this page and/or on any pages are purely educational entertainment purposes only. Rinks that are closed are considered dead. Rinks that are/were sold and with new management names new name(s), the former are considered dead. Previous operating rink that closed but came back years later, are considered dead because the reopening is considered rebooted, nothing to do with the former. Since we are rebooted to allow alive rinks, active rinks, we welcome those active rinks as well. It will be described.
As for “For Office Only” is for my reasoning and private legal reason for that.
